In accordance with Italian law:
1. Your personal data will be collected by Cassandra Research Center (by now Cassandra) for the subscription to the we-coffee services. Those can be newsletters, accounts, administrative notices, download and all the other services that are/will be implemented on we-coffee site.
2. Cassandra is the owner of your personal data. They will be collected by Cassandra only and no data will be distributed to the outside, except for the fullfilment of legal obligations that could be occurs.
3. You can in every moment ask for your data reveal, update, integration or removal by writing to privacy@we-cassandra.com.
4. Your personal data will be hosted by Cassandra only for the duration of the services you requested. When they end, all your personal data will be removed.
5. The type and amount of data that Cassandra collects are specific to the service requested and will be registered by Cassandra during the service subscription. Cassandra may in future ask for an update or integration of your personal data. Depending by the nature of the new data, if you will refuse the integration of the existing one, each service may or may not be suspended, depending by the nature of the missing data for the service to run.
6. Cassandra hosts your personal data in database software. They will be encrypted using a 256 bit AES algorithm. The system is keep secure by implementing antivirus software, keep update every time an update is available, firewall and spam protected. The access to the system is permitted to authorized person only. The access is made by authentication based on em passwords (at least 15 characters, mixing upper-case characters, lower-case characters digit and non-alphanumeric characters).
7. By refusing this legal notice, no data can be collected by Cassandra, and so, the service you request cannot be supplied.
